I have been a Firefighter/EMT in Florida for 9 years. For the first few years of my career, I used a sleeping bag.
I hated sleeping in one of these confined sacks and it sure was hard to wash without ruining a few (but really, who washes
them anyway? ), however, I liked how easy it was to just roll up and throw in my locker or car! After awhile, I just couldn’t
stand sleeping in it any longer; it drove me nuts! I broke down and bought a comforter and sheet set. Now granted, this was much
better to sleep in, but a major pain in the you know what, to make my bed every night and strip every morning. Not to mention the
late night calls that leave your bedding in a tangled mess to come back to! When morning came, it was time to attempt to
neatly roll it all up and store in my locker, or transport it all together in my car. I thought to myself, there just had to be a
better way. That’s when RollOut Bedding came to mind, a way to attach bedding that wouldn’t come apart while
sleeping, have plenty of foot room, leg freedom, and the ability to come apart to wash. I also despised the fact that I was
sleeping on a mattress that someone else drooled on or worse. So, I incorporated a thin mattress pad / barrier to my bedroll.
Finally, 1st Alarm’s RollOut Bedding was complete with a detachable strap to secure it and a large water repellant sack
to put your bedroll and sleep essentials in for easy transport.
We are currently in the process of expanding our inventory. For now, my inventory stands and will be changing periodically. If
you don’t see what you want, feel free to email us sales@firstalarmbedding.com
to request different colors or bed sizes. Can also be used for college students, training camps, overnight caregivers, truck
drivers, camping, RV’s and boats! Great for toddlers and teens at home who hate to make their beds! My 6 and 15 year old love
it! This can be made with or without the padding, strap, or bag for home use. All bedding is made to order, so please allow at
least 2 weeks from time of payment for production + 1 week for delivery.
Thank you for your service and dedication, be safe.
